Convey is the best salon I’ve been in for a long time. From the warm welcome and coffee on arrival, the scene is set for a relaxing time. My hairdresser, Mel, is such a warm and upbeat person. She somehow manages to interpret my very vague hair dreams and make them come to fruition. I always come away feeling refreshed both mentally and physically. Mel, you’re a miracle worker! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for the friendly chat, hot coffee, GREAT hair and a few hours of zen before school pick up.

I have been looked after by Dawn at Convey Salon for several months now and I highly recommend this talented lady. I first visited the salon when I was really struggling with the condition of my hair due to the menopause. My hair is thick and I have an uneven hairline not to mention the dreaded grey hair. I like low maintenance natural styles and dreaded having to use hair dye. Dawn listened to my needs and has styled my hair in a chin length bob, which is classic and easy to manage. I've splashed out on some of the hair products which have helped to improve the texture and managability of my hair. Now there is no need to consider dying it. The fab cut and products have worked a treat. I am delighted with the style and feel like I am in safe hands with Dawn as my stylist. Dawn really has helped to improve my wellbeing. All the Convey Salon staff are chatty and welcoming.

I honestly feel like a new person after my appointment with Jake!! I am obsessed with my hair not only does it look incredible but all the advice and tips he taught me means I can keep it looking just as good at home (or at least try lol!) he knew exactly what I wanted and delivered!! All the staff were lovely too and I felt so comfortable and confident the whole time! Already can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you Jake!!

He really listens to what you want, offers expert advice, and clearly takes great pride in his work. I trust his advice and knowledge to look after, care, cut and style my hair.
